The following information is published by Fundvest UAB (hereinafter – the Company) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability‐related disclosures in the financial services sector (hereinafter – SFDR), which establishes requirements for financial market participants regarding the disclosure of sustainability-related information.
According to the SFDR, sustainability factors in the context of this document are understood as environmental and social matters. A principal adverse impact is understood as those impacts of investment decisions that result in negative effects on sustainability factors.
The SFDR states that investment decisions might cause, contribute to or be directly linked to effects on sustainability factors that are negative, material or likely to be material. Where financial market participants, taking due account of their size, the nature and scale of their activities and the types of financial products they make available, consider principal adverse impacts, whether material or likely to be material, of investment decisions on sustainability factors, they should integrate in their processes, including in their due diligence processes, the procedures for considering the principal adverse impacts alongside the relevant financial risks and relevant sustainability risks.
Accordingly, the Company declares that pursuant to Article 4(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019, it does not consider the negative impact of investment decisions on sustainability factors given the Company’s size, the nature of its activities, and its scope. The Company reserves the right on its app to not offer securities of companies due to their non-compliance with sustainability standards and at the same time encourages clients to choose an investment strategy that is also consistent with their personal sustainability strategy.
Our Company continuously monitors regulatory, and market developments related to sustainability factors and regularly reviews its policies and evaluates decisions in the context of sustainability. If a decision is made to take into account the negative impact of investment decisions on sustainability factors, this notice will be updated accordingly.

Ši informacija yra skelbiama įmonės Fundvest UAB (toliau – įmonė) vadovaujantis 2019 m. lapkričio 27 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos Reglamentu (ES) 2019/2088 dėl su tvarumu susijusios informacijos atskleidimo finansinių paslaugų sektoriuje (toliau – SFDR), kuriame finansų rinkos dalyviams yra nustatomi reikalavimai dėl su tvarumu susijusios informacijos atskleidimo.
Remiantis SFDR, tvarumo veiksniai šio dokumento kontekste suprantami kaip aplinkos ir socialiniai klausimai. Pagrindinis neigiamas poveikis suprantamas kaip toks investavimo sprendimų poveikis, dėl kurio atsiranda neigiamas poveikis tvarumo veiksniams.
SFDR teigiama, kad investavimo sprendimai gali sukelti, prisidėti arba būti tiesiogiai susiję su neigiamu, reikšmingu arba galimai reikšmingu poveikiu tvarumo veiksniams. Jeigu finansų rinkos dalyviai, deramai atsižvelgdami į savo dydį, savo veiklos pobūdį ir mastą bei į savo siūlomų finansinių produktų tipus, atsižvelgia į savo investavimo sprendimų pagrindinį neigiamą poveikį, nesvarbu ar jis yra reikšmingas arba gali būti reikšmingas, tvarumo veiksniams, jie turėtų į savo procesus, įskaitant išsamaus patikrinimo procesus, integruoti procedūras, kad būtų atsižvelgta į pagrindinį neigiamą poveikį kartu su atitinkama finansine rizika ir atitinkama tvarumo rizika.
Atitinkamai įmonė šiuo pranešimu pareiškia, kad remdamasi 2019 m. lapkričio 27 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos Reglamento (ES) 2019/2088 4 straipsnio 1 dalies b punktu, neatsižvelgia į investavimo sprendimų neigiamą poveikį tvarumo veiksniams dėl įmonės dydžio, veiklos pobūdžio ir masto. Įmonė pasilieka teisę savo programėlėje nesiūlyti įmonių vertybinių popierių dėl jų tvarumo standartų nesilaikymo ir tuo pačiu skatina klientus pasirinkti investavimo strategiją, kuri taip pat atitiktų ir jų asmeninę tvarumo strategiją.
Mūsų įmonė nuolat stebi reguliavimo ir rinkos pokyčius, susijusius su tvarumo veiksniais ir nuolat peržiūri savo politiką bei vertina sprendimus tvarumo kontekste. Jei bus priimtas sprendimas atsižvelgti į investavimo sprendimų neigiamą poveikį tvarumo veiksniams, šis pranešimas bus atitinkamai atnaujintas.
