Criminals are using increasingly sophisticated techniques to steal the money. As fraudsters and scammers get smarter, it becomes harder to identify them, and the risk of being deceived increases.Fundvest constantly reviews its fraud and scam prevention systems and is continually developing and deploying new solutions to counter the latest techniques and protect our clients.Here is what you can do to protect yourself:
- Never divulge PINs, passwords, one time passcodes or personal details over the phone or to an online chat support
- Always access the website you’re buying from by typing it into your web browser and/or always use the official App to perform investment related activities. Don’t follow links in unsolicited emails or text
- Remember that fraudsters may ask you to pay by bank transfer instead of card payment
- Be suspicious of ‘too good to be true’ offers or prices
- Never send your personal ID documents to a person who is not related to the financial brokerage company you are using or intend to use for the investment activities
- Never let anyone to remotely connect to your computer and/or mobile phone
- In case you lost your mobile phone you should instantly contact our Support center
- If you have any doubts related to the legitimacy of the investment activities, always contact our Support center

Nusikaltėliai naudoja vis sudėtingesnius pinigų vagystės būdus. Sukčiai ir apgavikai tampa vis gudresni, todėl juos atpažinti darosi vis sunkiau, o rizika būti apgautam didėja. Fundvest nuolat peržiūri savo sukčiavimo ir apgavysčių prevencijos sistemas ir nuolat kuria bei diegia naujus sprendimus, kad galėtų kovoti su naujausiais metodais ir apsaugoti savo klientus. Štai ką galite padaryti, kad apsisaugotumėte:
- Niekada neatskleiskite PIN kodų, slaptažodžių, vienkartinių slaptažodžių ar asmeninių duomenų telefonu ar internetu
- Visada pasiekite svetainę, kurioje perkate, įvesdami ją į interneto naršyklę ir (arba) visada naudokitės oficialia programėle su investavimu susijusiems veiksmams atlikti. Nesekite nuorodomis nepageidaujamuose el. laiškuose ar žinutėse
- Nepamirškite, kad sukčiai gali paprašyti sumokėti ne kortele, o banko pavedimu
- Įtariai žiūrėkite į “per gerus, kad būtų tiesa” pasiūlymus ar kainas
- Niekada nesiųskite savo asmens tapatybės dokumentų asmeniui, kuris nėra susijęs su finansų maklerio įmone, kurios paslaugomis naudojatės ar ketinate naudotis
- Niekada neleiskite niekam nuotoliniu būdu prisijungti prie jūsų kompiuterio ir (arba) mobiliojo telefono
- Jei praradote mobilųjį telefoną, nedelsdami kreipkitės į mūsų pagalbos centrą
- Jei kyla abejonių dėl investicinės veiklos teisėtumo, visada kreipkitės į mūsų pagalbos centrą
